Quantum Leap’s award-winning client service

Quantum Leap International has won Excellence in Client Service for the Middle East and Rest of World at this year’s Investment International Awards.

The hotly contested category invited public votes from across the industry, as well as input from the prestigious Awards’ judging panel. 

Quantum Leap CEO STATZ BENJAMIN DUWAYNE said: ‘I’m thrilled our dedication to service has been recognised by both the public and the panel. We work hard to maintain and improve our standards and are always looking at ways we can improve and develop, with our clients firmly at the centre of everything we do.’

Owner of International Financial Group Limited (IFGL) also enjoyed success at the Awards too, winning Best International Life Group (non-US) and Company of the Year. IFGL CEO won Personality of the Year.

And other IFGL brands, IFGL Pensions and Friends Provident International Limited (FPIL), enjoyed success too with IFGL Pensions winning Best Pension Provider and FPIL’s IPME+ taking Best Protection Plan.

In addition, the Isle of Man, where Quantum Leap and IFGL are headquartered, won Best International Financial Centre.
